Webinar: Coping with COVID pt. 2 with Dr. Lawrence Dresdale

Dr. Neal welcomes his own therapist to this installment of Coping with COVID to talk through some of the emotions that isolation during this pandemic has been bringing up.

Dr. Lawrence Dresdale explains how most of our emotional responses to these strange days are pretty normal. He talks about the tendency to minimize our feelings because we tell ourselves that it could be worse.

Other topics he and Neal discuss include unhealthy manifestations of grief, dealing with being alone, being in a full house, and handling the loss of physical contact.

Dr. Lawrence also explains the fear response that has incited people to protest.
